BE IN TO WIN A Year 1 Apprentice Kit Competition Period NOW CLOSED:

1. Competition begins at 5:00 AM on 01/04/25, with entries closing at 11:59 PM on 30/05/25.
2. Prize winners will be drawn at the ITM Support Office on 03/06/25.

General Terms and Conditions:

1.Eligibility:

1.1 Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 and over.

1.2 Employees of ITM, their agencies, and immediate family members are excluded from entering.

2. Entry Conditions: 2.1 One entry per person—no purchase necessary. 

2.2 By entering, entrants agree to be contacted by ITM using the details provided. 

2.3 By participating, all entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. 

2.4 Winners may be photographed for promotional purposes, and by entering, winners agree to ITM using their name and image in promotional materials.

3. Social Media Disclaimer: 

3.1 This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. 

3.2 By entering, participants release Facebook and Instagram from all liability related to this competition.

4. Liability & Risk: 

4.1 ITM is not responsible for:

4.1.1 Late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries.

4.1.2 Technical malfunctions, errors, or communication failures. 

4.2 ITM reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or its terms at any time, with no liability to entrants or winners. 4.3 Winner assumes all risk associated with the prize:

4.3.1 The winner takes full responsibility for the use of the prize and indemnifies ITM against any claims, damages, injuries, property loss, or expenses arising from its use.

5. Prize Conditions: 

5.1 Prizes will be sent to the winner’s preferred ITM store for collection. 

5.2 The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Prizes:

1. There are two (2) prizes to be won, with one (1) Y1 Apprentice Kit per winner.
2. Winners will be selected at random by the ITM Support Office.
3. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Notification & Prize Redemption:

1. Winners will be notified on 03/06/25 via mobile or email.
2. Winners must confirm their contact details for prize collection.
3. Prizes will be sent to the winner’s preferred ITM store for collection.
4. If a prize is not claimed by 10:00 AM on 10/06/25, ITM reserves the right to redraw the prize at its sole discretion.
5. Important: Be mindful of spam notifications—ITM will never ask you to click on links to claim a prize. Winners will be contacted directly via mobile or email only.
