4:00pm    Registration Opens - registration packs available for collection from Game Base the Whangaroa Sports Fishing Club

6:00pm    Welcome and official tournament briefing

6:15pm'ish Calcutta auction

6.30pm - 9:00pm Dinner is included —Dinner Ticket Required

Friday 22 March - Fishing Day 1

4.30am    Breakfast available from the Club House

4.30am    Lunch packs available for collection the Marlin Hotel (across the road from Club)

5:00am    Boats can depart the harbour - all boats to report departure to Game Base on CH64 - state where departing from, the number of passengers on board, and the first grid you will attack to fish.

6:00am    Start Fishing

4:00pm    Stop Fishing

5:00pm    Photos and fish info to be uploaded to web. All fish to be weighed need to be presented to weigh station at Game Base.

6.30pm - 9:00pm    Dinner is included—Dinner ticket required

7.30pm    Minor prize giving and wrap up of the day

Saturday 23 March - Fishing Day 2

4.30am    Breakfast available from the Club House

7:00 - 9:00pm Dinner is included —Dinner Ticket required—Buffet

8:30pm    Major prize giving.
Note: Any prizes not won - anglers who have not won a prize will be put into a draw for remaining prizes, you must be there to collect, otherwise it will be redrawn.

Sunday 24 March - Head Home

7:00am - 9:00am Breakfast available from the Club House before heading home.
