The Role: 

Trade Sales Support – Permanent Full Time - Rolleston/Christchurch

Main Responsibilities:
The role involves supporting our account managers in the delivery of service to our valued trade customers. You will be handling customer enquiries by phone and email, procuring product, assisting in preparation of trade customers quotes /estimates, and planning to meet delivery requirements for customers.
A typical working day will involve collaboration with the store, yard, dispatch, and administration teams and liaising with suppliers on product specifications and purchasing. 

Skills & Experience Required:

As an experienced sales support person your role is important to the team. Being a support person, you are the go-to person for your internal team as well as your external customers and clients.

• Office based role dealing with orders, quotes, and customers
• Working closely with the Trade Sales Team Leader
• Work alongside internal team – sales reps, account managers and trade team
• Adding value across the business 
• Individual KPI’s to maintain

Requirements we are looking for:

• Experience in data entry and administration skills  
• High attention to detail
• Outstanding communication skills verbally and written
• Previous experience in trade industry – An advantage but not a must
• Work well under pressure as this is a fast-paced position
